How we work
We ask first, so the price doesn't change later
Most cleaning disappointments start with a quote that didn't match the job. A three-bed house with a greasy oven and two flights of carpeted stairs is a very different morning from a tidy two-bed flat, even if both are described as a clean.
So we ask about the rooms, the condition and anything you want added, and we put it all in writing. When we arrive, we already know what we're there to do, and so do you.

How much does a clean cost?
End of tenancy and deep cleans start at £130 for a studio flat, carpet cleaning at £20 a room, oven cleaning at £30 and sofa cleaning at £25 a seat.
When do I pay?
Normally when the job is finished. For larger jobs we may ask for a deposit to hold the date, and it comes off the final price.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily, as long as we can get in. We do ask that you, or someone you trust, checks the work with us before we leave.
