Use the room straight away
Move furniture back in without everything getting a coating of dust.
Quoted per job
The builders have finished, but the dust hasn't. We clear the fine layer that gets onto every ledge, frame and floor so you can actually use the room.
Building dust is finer than household dust and it keeps coming back: it settles, gets disturbed and settles again. An after builders clean works from the top of the room down so it isn't just moved around — ledges, frames, doors, radiators and switches first, then kitchen and bathroom fittings, then floors last. Tell us what work was done and how many rooms were affected, and we'll plan the time around it.
Building work creates a very fine dust that ordinary cleaning moves around rather than removes. It sits on top of door frames, inside light switches and along every skirting board, and it reappears a day after you think you've got rid of it.
An after builders clean works from the top of each room down so the dust is taken away, not just pushed to the floor. We'll ask what work was done — plastering, a new kitchen, redecorating, new floors — because each leaves a different kind of mess. Floors are done last, and hard floors can be given a proper clean once the dust has gone.

Move furniture back in without everything getting a coating of dust.
High surfaces first, floors last, so the dust is removed rather than redistributed.
Builders and landlords can hand over a room that looks as good as the work that went into it.
