Less chance of a deposit dispute
The kitchen, bathroom and small details are cleaned with the check-out in mind, not just so the place looks tidy.
From £130
Getting your deposit back, or getting the next tenant in, usually comes down to the kitchen, the bathroom and the details. That's where we spend our time.
When a property is handed back, the inventory clerk isn't looking at whether it's tidy. They're looking at the oven door, the grout around the bath, the tops of the kitchen cupboards and the marks by the light switches. Our end of tenancy clean is organised around exactly those places, and anything else you need — carpets, the oven interior, the fridge — is added to the quote up front so nothing gets left to the last day.
The last week of a tenancy is rarely relaxed. Boxes need packing, keys need returning, and somewhere in the middle the property has to be clean enough to pass a check-out. An end of tenancy clean takes that last job off your list and does it properly.
We work from the inventory's point of view. Kitchens and bathrooms get the most time because they're where deductions usually come from, but we also go round the small things that are easy to miss: the top of the door frames, the switch plates, the skirting behind the bedroom door. If you want carpets or the oven done too, they go on the same quote so you're not booking three different people.

The kitchen, bathroom and small details are cleaned with the check-out in mind, not just so the place looks tidy.
Carpets, oven, fridge and inside windows can all be added, so the whole move-out clean happens in one visit.
Landlords get a property that's ready for photographs, viewings and a new move-in date.

Questions
Prices start at £130 for a studio flat and follow a package table by bedrooms and bathrooms, for example £195 for a 2 bed, 1 bath property. Carpets, the oven and other extras are added separately.
We clean to the standard an inventory check looks for, which gives you the best chance. We can't guarantee a landlord's or agent's decision, because deductions can also be for damage, wear or missing items.
Not necessarily. Tell us how we'll get access when you book. If you can't be there at the end, arrange for someone to check the work with us before we leave.
The outside of the appliances is included. Cleaning inside the oven is an add-on, from £30 for a single oven, and is worth adding because it's one of the first things checked.
Room-by-room carpet cleaning for traffic marks, spills, stairs and landings.
