They're starting prices. Your written quote confirms the figure once we know the rooms, the condition and any extras.
Why does my quote differ from the starting price?
Starting prices assume a property of that size in normal condition. More rooms, heavy build-up, furniture, stairs or add-ons all add time, and your quote lists each one.
Do you charge for travel or parking?
Tell us about parking when you ask for a quote. If parking is paid or restricted, we'll say so on the quote rather than surprise you on the day.
