The right method for the floor
We identify the surface first, so the clean suits it.
Quoted per job
Mopping keeps a floor looking fine day to day. It doesn't reach the grout lines, the edges or the film that builds up over months. This does.
Hard floors dull slowly: a film of residue from everyday mopping, dirt packed into grout lines, a grey edge along the skirting. We identify the floor type first, because what's safe on ceramic tile isn't safe on laminate, then clean the whole area including edges and corners. Grout lines get attention where they're part of the quote.
Hard floors look fine from a distance long after they've stopped being properly clean. The grout goes dark, a grey line appears along the skirting, and everyday mopping leaves a thin film that dulls the surface.
We identify the floor first — ceramic, porcelain, vinyl, laminate — because each needs a different approach and some are easily damaged by too much water. Then we clean the whole area, including edges and corners, and the grout lines where they're part of the job. Hard floor cleaning is often booked with an after builders clean or a deep clean.
