We'd rather be straight with you than promise the impossible. Here's what you can hold us to.

If a stain, mark or bit of damage is unlikely to come out, we say so before cleaning, not after.
We check it with you
Before we leave, we walk round with you or whoever you've nominated. Anything on the list that's been missed gets done there and then.

Being realistic
What cleaning can't fix
Cleaning removes dirt. It can't undo damage, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Not covered
- Permanent stains, dye loss and bleach marks
- Worn, faded or damaged carpet and fabric
- Scratches, chips, burns and etching on surfaces
- Mould that has grown into sealant or plaster
- Anything that wasn't on the agreed list
Questions
About our promise
Does your promise mean every stain will come out?
No. We promise to clean what's agreed properly and to be honest up front about marks that may not shift. Permanent staining, damage and wear can't be cleaned away.
What if something was missed?
Check the work with us before we leave. If something on the agreed list has been missed, we'll put it right there and then.
Do you guarantee I'll pass a landlord inspection?
We can't guarantee someone else's decision, because inspections also cover damage, wear and missing items. We clean to the standard an inspection looks for.
